Delete your Lunode account and data
You can permanently delete your Lunode account and associated server data.
Check your subscription first.
Deleting a Lunode account does not cancel an auto-renewing Google Play, Apple App Store, or Microsoft Store subscription. Cancel it in the purchasing store first.

Method 1. Delete in the mobile or desktop app
- Sign in to Lunode.
- Select Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Review the data and confirm permanent deletion.
All Lunode device sessions end after deletion, and the account cannot be recovered.
Method 2. Delete directly on the web
For an email/password account, authenticate below and delete it immediately. The password is used only for this request and is not stored by this page or in browser storage.
If you use only Google or Apple sign-in and have no separate password, delete the account in Lunode settings.
Data deleted
- Account, email, display name, credentials, and sessions
- Registered devices and device connection/status data
- Folder-sharing metadata, permissions, invitations, collaboration spaces, and related records
- Server subscription entitlement and receipt-verification data, relay usage, push tokens, and linked security logs
Data not automatically deleted
- Original or synchronized files on your phone, computer, NAS, or external storage
- Copies another user already lawfully downloaded or retained
- Payment records retained by Google, Apple, Microsoft, or another store under its policy and law
Timing
Deletion normally completes immediately after authentication. Any record that law requires to be retained is segregated, kept only for the statutory period, and then deleted.
