These Terms govern the use of CheckFocus, a focus timer, check-in, focus room, record analysis, subscription, certificate, notification, and customer support service provided by Luna.
You may use CheckFocus as a guest or by signing in with Google or Apple. Guest data is stored mainly on the device and may be deleted when the app is deleted, reset, or logged out. If a guest account is upgraded to Google or Apple sign-in, supported records may be linked to the signed-in account.
CheckFocus records focus plans, start and end times, focused seconds, check-in intervals, check-in results, failure status, goal achievement rate, local timezone, and related session metadata. If you stop a session, leave the app beyond the allowed return time, miss a required check-in, or otherwise fail the configured conditions, the session may be marked as failed.
Focus Rooms allow users to focus together. Rooms may be open, friends-only, or private. Invite codes and invite links may be used to join rooms. Free users may be limited to one active room, while Premium users may create and join unlimited rooms according to the current product rules. Room rankings are calculated from focus participation, completion, check-in, and failure data.
Premium subscriptions may remove ads, unlock unlimited rooms, advanced records, certificates, and other premium features. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store and are subject to each store's policies.
Premium users may receive certificates when they meet qualifying conditions such as completing a single focus goal at the required achievement rate or winning a focus room ranking. Certificates may include nickname, goal period, goal focus time, actual focus time, achievement rate, check-in results, issue date, certificate ID, and verification link.
The app may request permissions for notifications, alarms, camera, photo library, and related device features. Notifications may be used for focus start reminders, check-in timing, focus room sessions, and background return warnings.
You must not manipulate records, abuse invite codes, harass other users, upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use the service in a way that violates law or store policies.
Features may change as the app evolves. Luna is not responsible for failures caused by network issues, device settings, store platform problems, operating system restrictions, user misuse, or events outside reasonable control, except where prohibited by law.
