Luna processes personal data to provide and improve CheckFocus.
2. Data We Collect
We may collect or generate user ID, guest ID, login provider, provider user ID, email if provided by the login provider, nickname, profile image, language, timezone, device notification status, focus plans, focus records, check-in records, room participation, room rankings, friend relationships, invite codes, support messages, subscription status, purchase event data, certificate information, and service logs.
3. Purpose of Processing
Data is used to create and maintain accounts, keep users signed in, prevent nickname duplication, store focus records, operate focus rooms, calculate rankings, enforce free and premium limits, manage subscriptions, remove ads for Premium users, issue and verify certificates, provide notices and customer support, send reminders, and improve service stability.
4. Legal Basis and Consent
Some data is processed to provide requested services, some to comply with legal or store obligations, and some based on your consent, such as notification, camera, photo library, or optional profile image features.
5. Third-Party Services
CheckFocus may work with Google, Apple, Google Play, App Store, AdMob, and hosting or infrastructure providers. Payments and social login are processed according to the policies of those providers.
6. Retention and Deletion
Account data is kept while the account is active. You may delete your account in the app. Guest data may be deleted when the app is deleted or logged out. Certain transaction, abuse-prevention, support, or legal records may be retained for the period required by law or legitimate operational needs.
7. International Processing
Because CheckFocus uses global platforms and cloud infrastructure, data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.
8. User Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. You can use in-app account deletion or contact us by email.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures such as access control, database permissions, secure transport, and operational monitoring to protect data.
